In 1997 I moved to this beautiful country with my family, seeking a better future and the chance to build a career on the traditional woodworking skills I had spent years learning. I arrived with those skills, a strong work ethic, and a simple belief: that careful, honest work will always find a home.
It did. Work came quickly, first in residential and commercial construction, and I took on everything I could. Custom kitchens taught me proportion, and how to build cabinetry that looks beautiful on the first day and still works perfectly after ten thousand openings and closings. Restaurant interiors taught me to deliver showpiece cabinetry on unforgiving schedules. Fine finish carpentry taught me the lesson that has guided me ever since: the difference between good work and flawless work lives in the last few millimeters, in the mitre that closes perfectly, the reveal that runs true, the surface that feels like glass under your hand.
My passion for craftsmanship, and for a new challenge, eventually carried me into the marine industry, building custom interior cabinetry for yachts and boats. Years of fitting furniture-grade work to a curved, moving hull changed my hands and my standards permanently. When you have scribed cabinetry to a hull, a straight wall feels like a gift.
In 2005 I founded my own company, embracing the challenge of building a business from the ground up. My goal has never changed: deliver exceptional craftsmanship, and make sure every customer is completely satisfied with the finished product. That commitment built the business. Clients came back, and they sent their friends and their families.
Styles change. Standards should not. The woods, colors, and designs clients ask for today are different from those of twenty years ago, and I enjoy building them just as much. What does not change is how the work is done: honest materials, precise joinery, durable construction, and a finished piece built to be enjoyed for decades.
